Inspired by Wiltshire Man who used his drone to find ancient fields due to the dry weather I thought I would go out on evening to search for a lost Roman setltement in my local area.

Busy work life means you sometimes have to get out when you can for a couple of hours and do something different.
It felt so refreshing to focus on something completely different and I got back refreshed after getting caught in a rain storm and sheltering in an abandoned truck.
I hope this inspires you to check out your local area and see what it may be hiding and what you may be able to discover about the ancient history that is all around us.
