Sandra recently retired from the board in October, but her leadership continues to shape the organization’s mission and long-term impact. As an investor member, she remains a committed supporter of regional economic development.

With a career spanning engineering, law, and commercial real estate, Sandra brings a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective to every role she serves. She began her career as an engineer and manager at BellSouth, earned her MBA from the University of North Florida, and holds her Professional Engineering license. She later practiced bankruptcy law before transitioning into commercial real estate, where she earned her CCIM designation.

Today, Sandra serves as a Broker Associate with Kahle Commercial Group, specializing in commercial property sales and leasing. Her extensive experience working with commercial, industrial, and retail properties makes her an invaluable leader in shaping development across Northeast Florida.
