Middle of February , 300 reps challenge NO REST in between reps only between sets 2 minutes. I found when I gotten to a certain level I stop training my body & focused more on training my mind . In the same aspect you can focus when you muscle are under extreme pressure you could focus learning a new skill or applying pen to paper.
