All the goodness of a chocolate brownie in a milkshake!
BROWNIE SHAKE
Ingredients
For one portion
50 grams brownie + for topping
1 cup milk
Ice cubes as required
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Melted dark chocolate a required
Chocolate vermicelli as required
2 dark chocolate sticks
1 cup whipped cream
Method
1. Blend together few ice cubes, broken brownie, milk, chocolate sauce and vanilla scoops into smooth mixture.
2. Dip the rim of a tall serving glass in some melted dark chocolate, coat with some chocolate vermicelli and pour the shake in the prepared glass.
3. Fill a piping bag fitted with star nozzle with whipped cream and pipe out over the shake.
4. Place the chocolate sticks, top with brownie piece and sprinkle some dark chocolate vermicelli and serve chilled.
