Today I'm learning to drive in VR on Quest 2 with Car Parking Simulator VR, a Quest 2 driving simulator that challenges players to park in increasingly difficult situations & scenarios. Now I can't drive, I never learned to, so this is a real test of Car Parking Simulator VR & it's authenticity, can I learn to drive in VR? Will this Oculus Quest Car Parking Simulator get me my driving license? No...probably not... but it will definitely be fun!

I've played a lot of games in VR & a lot of games on my Oculus Quest 2 but this is the first of it's kind for me, my first VR driving simulator learning tool (it does feel like this could have some really useful learning applications). The handling on the cars in Car Parking Simulator feels great, the cars feel heavy & using your mirrors to maneuvre into tight spaces or around nearby parked cars feels slick & intuitive, I'd be really interested to hear what someone who can drive thinks of the Car Parking Simulator VR gameplay / VR driving simulator Oculus Quest gameplay because I imagine they would have far more to say on the accuracy of the game. As someone who can't drive & is looking to learn to drive this Quest 2 parking game felt like a great (consequence free and safe) gateway into trying the real thing.
