As we approach the fourth anniversary of Russia’s illegal, full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Embassy of Sweden in Berlin, together with The Brookings Institution and the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, invite you to attend a research-based policy debate that brings together experts and policy makers to discuss the efficacy of Russia sanctions, their impact on Russia's war economy and potential avenues for future action.
