How many of you have heard all the incredible benefits there are and can be in real estate investing? I mean truly, that's all we hear right!? How amazing and great real estate investing is. There are a million "gurus" out there pitching this idea telling us we need to invest right now.

Here's the deal - there are a ton of great benefits when it comes to real estate investing. That doesn't mean though that there isn't RISK. Despite what anyone tells you, there is always risk. You can limit it, you can mitigate it, you can do your best to control it where you can... but the fact remains that risk is a very real part of real estate investing and it will never go away.

So what are the biggest risks in real estate investing? Not only that, but how do you prepare to face and deal with those potential risks?
