'Dirty Rice' (Delicious)

Описание:
1 1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
3 cups liquid (water or broth)
1/2 pkg lipton onion soup mix
1/4 cup each green pepper, onion and celery (finely chopped, sauted')
1/2 lbs to 1 lbs of ground beef
Add any additional meat such as chicken livers, gizzards, etc. (optional)
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tables butter
1 teas salt
1/2 teas thyme
3/4 teas sage
1 teas adobo Seasoning
Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil with pot top tilted, then seal top cook on low for 15 minutes, turn the stove top off, DO NOT remove the top for 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 5.
