Orange City has a population of about 12,000 people and has a lot to offer. There are a lot of parks, and especially the famous Blue Springs State Park which offers fishing, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking. It's waters are a refreshing 72 degrees year round. If you want close access to the beaches, New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach are about 30 minutes away.

Orange city has great medical facilities, senior living, and even a new memory care center. Additionally, Orange City has a great variety of restaurants to suit any craving from Puerto Rican, Cajun, to BBQ!
