#NorthIslandCollege is honoured to receive the national Reconciliation & Internationalization Award of Excellence Award in recognition of Journeying Together — the college's first-ever Indigenous-serving internationalization plan.
NIC President Dr. Lisa Domae and members of the college's Indigenous Education and Office of Global Engagement teams received the award at the recent 2023 Canadian Bureau for International Education conference.
Journeying Together is an ongoing commitment to engage and build relationships between students and Indigenous communities across the globe.
