ASMR Making & Eating Tofu while talking in 4 languages (Social Eating Sounds, Mukbang Show)

Описание: In today's ASMR video, I make my own tofu and then eat it while talking in 4 languages: English, Japanese, Korean and French. I love tofu, as you may know, and had always wanted to make my own. It's actually not that difficult but it takes so long to make.

As for the ingredients:
300g of soy beans
2 liters of water
10g of nigari (Magnesium chloride)
50g of warm water

That's all I think. You need some material though, like muslin bag or cloth.

I'll copy here the instructions I wrote in the video:
300g soy beans soaked overnight.
Rinse well.
After soaked, they weight roughtly 650-700g.
Now, let’s put half of the soy beans in our blender.
Add 1 liter of water.
Blend for about 2 minutes (check by yourself).
Look, it has become soy milk.
Huh, not yet.
Now, let’s put this in a pan.
Yes, put everything in it.
Heat for about 25 minutes and…
Keep on stiring all that time!
Not too hot! Just reach the boiling point.
Take your time (Reduce the temperature if necessary.)
(Cats: That’s so long!)
OK, now you need a muslin bag or something similar.
Pour like this.
Squeeze dry. Be careful, it’s hot ^^
The dry part is called ‘okara’ in Japanese.
You can find some receipes on the internet.
Now, we have made soy milk! (Taste it, it’s good!)
We need to heat our soy milk to 70-75°C.
We can prepare ‘nigari’ (Magnesium chloride).
Mine is dry. I use 10g and 50g of warm water.
(Yours might be liquid and you’ll need to experiment :p)
Almost there…
OK! Now is the most important moment.
Pour nigari like this, on a big spoon or something.
(Do it better than me ^^; )
Stir in a little bit like this, just a bit.
Cover and wait 10 minutes.
Prepare your tofu box.
Put a muslin cloth in place.
After 10 minutes, you can open your lid.
If everything went smoothly, you should obtain something like this.
Put your mixture in the tofu box.
Put the muslin cloth over it like this (do it better :D).
Put the ‘lid’ over it.
You can put a weight.
The heavier it is, the firmer your tofu will be.
Wait 10 minutes.
And see the result!
Put it into cold water for 20 minutes or so.
(It is said that it removes the bitterness.)
