Recipe:-

Prepare the stuffing

1. Roast 1 tbsp jeera with a chopped green chilli
2. Add 1/2 tbsp of hing
3. A chopped onion
4. 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder
5. 1/2 tbsp of haldi
6. Table salt as per choice
7. Add 1/2 tbsp of sabji masala in it
8. After roasting all the above ingredients add 2 boiled potatoes

For Samosa:-

1. Take a medium size bowl of maida
2. Add a tbsp of table salt
3. Add 1 tbsp of ajwain
4. Along with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
5. Make a dough out of it using water
6. Now cut the roti of dough as shown in the video
7. Add the stuffing in the roti
8. Fold and cut as shown and give a 2-3 twist and fry in medium high flame.
9. Your crispy twisted samosa is ready.
