We will be canning a Mexican recipe, frijoles charros.
Please note there is a slide in Spanish that I forgot to translate.
All it says is that you add a 1/4 teaspoon of salt to each jar.
Usually for 16oz jars we add 1/2 teaspoon, but since we are using ingredients with a high content of salt, we only add 1/4 teaspoon.
