Sector-113 Noida Police arrests 3 accused in vehicle theft case; one stolen Tata Nexon car and car keys recovered.

On January 3, 2026, the Sector-113 Noida Police team, with the help of local intelligence and electronic surveillance, successfully solved case number 03/25 registered at Sector-113 Noida Police Station under Section 303(2) of the BNS, arresting three accused: 1. Lokesh Nagar son of Bhagat Singh, 2. Arun Bhardwaj son of late Shivdutt Bhardwaj, and 3. Amit Nagar son of late Sanjay Nagar, from the Parthala Doob area, near the cemetery service road, Sector-113 Noida. One stolen grey Tata Nexon car (without number plate) and one car key were recovered from their possession.

Modus Operandi:

The accused Arun used to sell second-hand cars on finance, then would get the installments cancelled and settle the loan with the bank at a lower price. This allowed him to acquire expensive cars cheaply, which he would then resell. While selling the car to the complainant, the accused had made a duplicate key and installed a GPS tracker in the car. After selling the car, but before the transfer of ownership, he had his accomplices Lokesh and Amit steal the car. The car was also under finance, and the accused Arun (the dealer) had already received the full payment from the complainant. The accused wanted to steal the car, prepare fake documents, and sell it again to someone else.

1. Lokesh Nagar son of Bhagat Singh, resident of village Tigaon, Police Station Tigaon, District Faridabad (Haryana), age 36 years, Education: 12th grade. 2. Arun Bhardwaj, son of late Shivdutt Bhardwaj, resident of Kanishk Tower, Police Station Sector-37, Faridabad, District Faridabad (Haryana), age 39 years, Education - 10th grade.
3. Amit Nagar, son of late Sanjay Nagar, resident of village Tigaon, Police Station Tigaon, District Faridabad (Haryana), age 24 years, Education - 10th grade.

1- 01 Tata Nexon car, gray color
2- 01 Car key
