The Arturia Keystep's Pitch output is split and goes into the Key input of Square and Saw. The Keystep's gate output triggers an envelope, which in turn controls a VCA so it cuts off when the keys are not pressed. The Keystep and PO Tonic get their clocks from the Modular 400. Sine is controlled by the Modular's own sequencer. Via the filter, the sequencer also modulates the Square wave as well.
The output was a hard stereo mix. I mixed the channels back together a bit in post.
It was finally cheap enough at my local distributor that I could finally get my hands on this bit of kit by Teenage Engineering.
