Automating Approval Workflows with n8n (Forms, Emails & Google Sheets)

Описание: This personal automation project was built to demonstrate a complete approval and notification workflow for business processes.

The automation starts with a form submission trigger. Based on the data submitted, a conditional switch determines whether the request is approved or declined. According to the result, two different types of automated emails are sent to the selected recipients.

At the same time, both outcomes automatically update a connected Google Spreadsheet, keeping records synchronized in real time without manual input.

The primary challenge in this project was configuring credentials and secure API connections, especially for Google services. After careful setup and testing, the full workflow became stable and reliable.

This system shows my ability to design efficient approval flows, manage conditional logic, automate communication, and synchronize cloud-based data for real-world business use.
