EPISODE 237 - SDA ADVISORY SERVICES: A B2B Model 'Fee For Service'

Описание: In this episode, part 1 of a 2-part series, Minh and Larissa discuss our new brand, SDA Advisory Services, an offshoot of our current NDIS PROPERTY AUSTRALIA core service. They discuss why we created this service, primarily for industry professionals reaching out to us asking questions such as:

• our opinions on a projects or packages presented from other sources
• how to maximise yields for projects
• which dwelling and category types should be considerered

Essentially, we have more and more stakeholders coming to us seeking advice and info, and there are minimal resources out in the marketplace for people to go seek such answers.

Thus, we created this B2B fee-for-service model, offering the industry an alternative option to access knowledge, and data that NDIS PROPERTY AUSTRALIA  has developed over the last 4 years of learning, researching and understanding of the SDA investment space.

A lot of investors, agents, builders and developers want transparency to information and advice, and don't want to be sold anything when wanting to access SDA data, technical  support and information regarding the developments of SDA.

Larissa talks about the feedback she's received over the past several months when discussing our new service offering under the SAS banner; what we do and what we don't do and Minh covers the topics needed to be understood by those wishing to get into the SDA development space.
