Описание: If you can't afford an attorney, you may want to file your own DIY trademark application -- but this is more difficult if you are located outside the United States. In this video I go over the two issues you will run into -- owner domicile and applicant identification (id.me) -- and strategies for handling each issue.

I also give you recommendations for what to do if you cannot overcome both issues, including where to find an attorney to help you with your trademark.
