Animated spokesman Sam the Safety Duck, created in the 1970s by artist Harry Burke, shares winter safety messages with his audience as he tours the province in the OPP's helicopter with pilot Sergeant Bob Abra. Film is a mixture of animation and live action. (OPP Museum accession number 2012.20.3)
