Similar to kolachi (a czech staple that involves a pastry filled with sweet filling like like fruits and sweet cheeses) a klobásnik is a soft pastry filled with savory ingredients like sausage, ham, and cheese.
The recipe takes several h9urs, with lots of downtime, but is worth every single minute. I typically triple the standard recipe bc my kids love them and they store well in the fridge for about 3 days. You can also freeze them.
