This prestigious scholarship was awarded competitively to a top third-year student, which included a paid eight-month internship at Colas Ireland.

We are proud to have welcomed Molly, a dedicated Energy Systems Engineering student, to the Colas family for her internship. Her scholarship exemplifies our commitment to "Attracting Talent," one of our eight Corporate Social Responsibility themes under ACT2030. We are excited to support the next generation of sustainability leaders like Molly.

In 2024, Colas hosted 12 interns across various fields, including Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, Energy Systems, Human Resources and Laboratory Internships. In 2023, we had 10 interns.
