Match Format & Rules

-Four games per match
-Rally scoring to 21 (win by 1), teams can only score the winning point on their own serve
-Freeze rule at 20 and 19 points
-Two team time-outs per game
-No coaching during live play
-Players can only switch sides during time-outs or between games
-If tied at 2-2, a rotational singles tiebreaker to 21 decides the winner
-Referees: All matches are officiated by certified CNPL referees. No video replay challenges.
-Sportsmanship: Unsportsmanlike behavior can result in warnings, point deductions, or game forfeiture.
