Ingredients:
Masala paste ingredients :
Oil - 1 tsp
Garlic - 7-8, roughly chopped
Ginger - 1 inch, roughly chopped
Coconut - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Coriander seed - 1 tbsp
Saunf (fennel seed) - 1 tsp
Dry chilly - 4-5 (bedgi chilly)
Tomato - 3 big, roughly chopped
Salt - 1/2 tsp

Tomato rice ingredients :
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Bay leaf - 2-3
Star anise - 1
Elaichi - 4
Javitri- 1/2 piece
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Dalchini - 1 inch
Lavang - 7-8
Cumin - 1 tsp
Cashew nut - 10 -15
Onion - 1 big, finely sliced
Curry leaves
Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Add ground masala paste
Water - 1/2 cup
Hot water - 4 cup
Salt as per the taste
Ambemohar rice - 2.5 cup
Coriander leaves & pudina leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
Ghee - 1 tbsp
