The videos can be used in both informal development contexts and formal mentoring, facilitation and educator training programs.

Being able to ask good questions is an important skill, but it is even more important to listen to the answers. Listening to what is – and isn’t – being said is different to merely hearing the words.

Stephen Covey’s Five Levels of Listening model will help you become a more attentive and effective listener.
