Deep Strike (on my throwing charges) - GHPC - T-64A obr. 1974

Описание: I had a fucking excellent run of this mission (with the default setup) yesterday but the fucking recording didn't save. Welp. Here's an attempt with ~mid-late 1970s gear (Marders standing in because I can't put M113s in the IFV customiser category and Bradleys murder shit too hard in this era). It doesn't go as well as I'd hoped, mainly because I lost half my first platoon to 5-hole shots to the carousel and then my attention span began to wander, so I neglected the other platoons and let them wander into missiles and/or ambushes. Also note the "captured" 9K111 (I forget if it appeared in the customiser, if it did then I must've forgotten to set it to a TOW).

This is a really deceptively difficult mission even with the Abrams, and even when you adjust the timings on waypoint nodes so that the tanks are always advancing in parallel and the Bradleys are taking overwatch from a safe distance.

Gunner, HEAT, PC! is an indie tank game, designed to be more true to life than current popular 'tank games' while more accessible than military-grade simulators. The game will focus not on arena deathmatch, but on realistic armour operations in support of mechanised infantry forces and with the aid of other supporting arms. While initially focusing on the CENTAG theatre of Germany circa 1985, the game will eventually expand to cover other theatres as well. Now on Steam!
