Описание: Anderson Engineering became fully employee owned in 2000. “I’ve seen the change in our employees,” says Neil Brady, President and CEO of Anderson Engineering. “Before, our employees were working and the income and the profits were going to a couple people that owned the company. Now, every person realizes that they have a stake in the company and they do what they need to do to make this company better — which is taking care of our clients.” Brady says they have seen great growth in the last five years which he attributes to being employee owned.
