Just a short distance away from the Netherlands border,
you can find one of my favorite German villages.
Not only because of the history
(it goes back to 1289AD) ,
but also because of the restaurants.
Some very good pancakes are served here,
and you will also find two great icecream shops.
It just takes a few minutes to make a walk through the main street,
the castle, the old defense works and the park.
I hope you will catch some of the good vibes in Brüggen, Germany
