Most strength training advice assumes one thing you may not have — a gym.
This video introduces the AD-Curve approach to strength training: a portable biomechanics-based method focused on how muscles actually produce force through a full range of motion.
By combining cables and bands to better match a muscle’s natural strength curve, the goal is to deliver commercial gym–quality workouts using lightweight, portable equipment that can be set up anywhere.
The entire system fits into a backpack, with flexible fixing points — trees, hooks, frames, doors, posts, or a vehicle — making it practical for home training, travel, camping, or any situation where a traditional gym isn’t available.
When isolation-biased resistance exercises are paired with compound bodyweight mobility sequences, the routines support strength, muscle growth, and mobility — without rigid programs or fixed machines.
