Onion : 1 No
Cabbage : 1/4 No

Potato : 1 No (boil all till it becomes mashy and veg stock is formed)
Oil : 2-3 tsp
Butter : 1 tbsp
Onion : 1 No
Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Minced ginger : 1 tsp
Green chilli : 2 Nos
Salt : to taste
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Water : as required
Fried onion, lemon slice & cilantro leaf : for garnish
