What is a spirit baby?
A spirit baby is a child you’re meant to connect with during this lifetime. In some cases, a spirit baby may be a child that will manifest in your next life, so they’ve taken over as a spirit guide during this lifetime (this is rare).

Who are spirit babies?
Your future child
Your future children of your friends/loved ones
Children you will work with in some capacity in the future
Future grandchildren
Etc.

Once a child has been born they are no longer a spirit baby. This is because they are present in the physical and their knowledge of future events is limited. Most of their spiritual qualities and knowledge join their higher self which allows them to experience life, in its entirety, with fresh eyes.

We too were all spirit babies. We all created our Book of Life. The Book of Life is essentially the autobiography we wrote before our conception.
