Vinete - 4 kg.
Roșii - 2 kg
Ceapa - 1,5 kg.
Ardei dulce - 1,5 kg.
Usturoi 120 gr.
Sare - am adaugat in total 3 linguri. Adăugați sare după gust.
Zahăr - 4 linguri. linguri.
Ulei - 600 ml.
📝 THE RECIPE.
Eggplant - 4 kg.
Tomatoes - 2 kg
Onion - 1.5 kg.
Sweet pepper - 1.5 kg.
Garlic 120 gr.
Salt - I added a total of 3 tablespoons. Add salt to taste.
Sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons.
Oil - 600 ml.
