Grain bill:
8kg of Pilsner 2 row Malt
1kg of Munich Malt
1kg of Wheat Malt
0,5kg of CaraPils Malt
0,5kg of Cristal Malt 70EBC
0,5kg of Demerara Sugar
0,4kg of Oatmeal
Hops:
100g of Summer Hops
100g of Willamette Hops
100g of Galaxy Hops
100g of Enigma Hops
Yeast: MJ66 HopHead x2
Mashing at:
64C for 60min
75C for 5min
Hop Additions:
No hops during the boil.
33g of Summer hops added when temperature droped to 80C
then 33g of Willamette Hops 5 min latter
33g of Galaxy Hops 5 min after that
and 33g of Enigma another 5 min latter
Yeast added at 18C, Fermentation at 20C
Dry Hopping:
48h after Brew Day
25g of each hop, using hop sock
5 days latter hop sock removed and added 42g of each hop, removed 4 days latter
15 days from the brew day beer transfered to the kegs and stored in the cooler for
another 2 weeks.
