In this video, Chartered Psychologist and Coach Dr. Richard MacKinnon explores some of the ways coaching can help with various productivity challenges. We look at the experience of feeling overwhelmed by workload, the impact of procrastination, and the wellbeing consequences of unsustainable striving, for example.
We explain how the use of coaching psychology - instead of directive advice and productivity rules - can make all the difference in helping people feel less stuck when it comes to getting stuff done.
