A silent vigil to honour the lives of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies will soon get underway in Sydney. Mourners will reflect on the lives of the young men who were allegedly murdered by a serving NSW police officer last week.
Organisers of the upcoming Mardi Gras Parade have conceded the shocking crime has cast a shadow over the event, but are still expecting more than a quarter of a million spectators to watch on.
