With Dice Rally's only change to the Sky Striker arsenel with Widow Anchor at 1, the strategy is essentially full power! And that's in the lower power meta of Dice Rally where many meta decks like K9 and Dracotail and banned into oblivion, so Raye can run rampant and rampage her way through every board, every deck and every gamestate with blind second tools!
