My meal prep routine starts Sundays with a 1 hour cardio/stretch and straight off to Walmart, then cook, clean and shower (this particular weekend was a long weekend, so I did my prepping on Monday).
Monday- Wednesday
Breakfast - Oats with strawberries and blueberries
Lunch - Potato hash (potatoes, onions, Thai chill peppers, mixed veggies, eggs, ham slices, cheddar)
Dinner - Salad bowl and salmon (3 different salads 🥰)
Thursday- Friday
Breakfast - Yogurt parfait or oatmeal still
Lunch - Tuna and egg salad
Dinner - Potatoes, steak bites and caesar salad.
I did 2 medium potatoes for 3 bowls and 1 for 2 bowls. Cheese 1/3 cup, ham slices, eggs, veggies and salmon for protein I don’t track as much cause I want a lot of those but for reference I sliced the whole salmon in 3, used 4 eggs, the entire strak package split in 2, and I believe the entire pack or 9 ham slices.
