If you are looking for an easy and inexpensive kitchen hack to dry herbs, plants, and seeds… check this out.
I took my baking racks and hung them under my kitchen cabinets using toggle Command hooks to save counter space.
I have a small kitchen, so when I’m drying the end-of-the-season bean pods and herbs, while also pulling items for seed saving, I lose all of my counter space. This solves that! Plus I can store the drying racks under the cabinet to save space when storing those long term too.
If you don’t have drying racks like these, the Dollar Tree sells inexpensive ones you can use. They may not have legs to drop them down, but they’ll still get the job done easily and effectively.
