Animation Presents Unique Jobsite and Below Ground Pipeline Installation Process
Ninetimes has completed a fully animated video for the Horizontal Directional Drilling unit of Mears Group that presents the energy contractor’s Direct Pipe® pipeline installation technique. Original 3D modeling demonstrates the equipment’s unique combination of micro-tunneling and HDD technology in realistic above ground jobsite scenes and a below ground environment.
The Ninetimes team created realistic 3D models from client-provided photographs and incorporated the art with over-laid text and audio to explain the Direct Pipe process. Ninetimes utilized Maxon Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects software to produce and animate the modeling of the Direct Pipe equipment, ancillary scene elements, expanded environment and drilling application.
