Описание: My pregnant wife was craving lobster, haki nimetimuliwa kwa nyumba haswa! The amount and kind of food my wife has me eating this pregnancy makes me feel like I’m literally expecting too ona kitambi hicho… haya let get some lobster and get cooking with some ugali wa Unga Wa Dola.

What you will need:-

4 whole lobsters 🦞
2-3 lemon cut into halves
2 liters water for boiling
Salt to taste

Bring water to a boil in a large pot add In salt, go in with the whole lobsters add in the lemon halves cover and bring to a boil for 13 minutes or so. Remove lobsters from heat and pot and set aside. Let’s make the boil sauce.

For the sauce :-
4 onions sliced
150g margarine
2 teaspoons garlic minced
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons fish masala
1 teaspoons onion powder
Juice of 4 lime
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 glass water

What to do:-

In a non stick pan over medium heat, add in the margarine saute the onion until soft add in the garlic mince mix well go in with all the powdered spices add salt to taste and sugar cook until fragrant now add in 1/2 cup of water bring to a boil for 10 minutes pour mixture into a bowl and you are ready to serve your lobster boil with the sauce and ugali. Enjoy
