Hi all! This was a very difficult video for me to film, however, I believe it is an important stroy to share. Before I was diagnosed, I had never heard of psychosis or post partum pyschosis. I felt lost and alone. There wasn't many reliable resources that I could depend on. Which is why I have made this video. To help others out there that may be struggling with psychosis and post natal depression.
