I promised myself no more loco's - but sometimes I can't resist a bargin. I saw Rails had R30355TXS Class 60 - GBRf - 60056 'Great Gable' (DCC Sound Fitted) for £149.50. With some Rails points I needed to use up, I got it for £135 which I think is a bargin. Not sure what original RRP was. I see other retailers discounting it too.
The other class 60 in the video is Hornby R3885 DB Cargo UK, Class 60, Co-Co, 60062 Stainless Pioneer for which I paid £114 back in 2023. I was quite pleased with that price at the time too. Though now I'm tempted to upgrade it with a sound decoder.
Love both these locos!
