In 1972, The Club of Rome published its landmark report _The Limits to Growth_, the first study to model our planet’s interconnected systems and warn that unchecked trends in population, industrialisation, resource use, and pollution would eventually push our finite planet beyond its limits.

More than fifty years later, its call for change is more urgent than ever, as the world faces the climate emergency and ecosystems at breaking point. To carry forward the legacy of _The Limits to Growth_, in 2022 The Club of Rome and its partners launched Earth4All as an international initiative to transform our economic system into one that puts people and planet first.

Its core insights are captured in the book *Earth for All: A Survival Guide for Humanity*, which presents bold solutions and five critical turnarounds needed to secure wellbeing and prosperity for all on a stable planet: ending poverty, reducing inequality, empowering women, transforming food systems, and shifting to clean energy.
