Rates as of this posting:
UV Shuttle from Tacloban City to Maasin City - P350 per head (Van Vans terminal)
Multicab from Maasin City to Municipality of Padre Burgos - P50.00 per head
Ferry from Padre Burgos to Limasawa Island - P150 per head
Environmental fee - P50 for Limasawa Island and P20 for Padre Burgos (settled before boarding the ferry to Limasawa)
Island Lagoon Entrance Fee: P35 per head
Tricycle - P200 per head on Island Tour, P25 per head for single ride to another vicinity.

NOTES
You may visit the resorts in the island for the accommodation rates
There are no ATM machines or banks in the island, make sure you bring extra money when visiting the island.
Some stores does not accept cashless transactions (ex. GCash, Maya, etc.)
Some portions of the island does have cellular signal. There are portions are "dead spots" in any networks.
There are days when the ferry going back to mainland Leyte is not available. Ask the locals for the availability of the pump boats.
There are stop-over during the trip from Tacloban to Maasin City for CR breaks. You can also buy delicacies in the stop-over.
Respect the locals and practice CLAYGO in any place in the island.
