Upgrades:
Scorched (3) (This upgrade can actually net you some decent value, you can stop revives when it's risky for you to step in directly, and it's a solid move to punish grouped up, and slow tanky boys like Oaks and Citrons, which is nice since SB has a real problem dealing with those larger plants... The only real problem with this upgrade is that it's just slightly overpriced, if it costed only one less point, then it would be a very reliable upgrade to run in pretty much any set... But as it stands it's just a little too costly for me to run...)
Stick and Move (2) (Yeah to be absolutely honest, this upgrade kinda sucks... The main issue with it is the fact that, in order to get the speed boost, you need to hit someone three times... Do you know how long that takes ? The amount of things that can go wrong in that time ? Having to wait for a full three hit combo to land is just too long, by the time you get the speed boost, you're basically already dead... What if I need extra mobility right now ? What if I need to close the gap ? This upgrade doesn't give us options for either of these problems... So basically this upgrade just sits there doing nothing, by the time it takes effect the fight is already over, you either already punched the guy to death, or you just died, either way it's too late...)
Fearless (2) (I mean feel free to look through the footage to see if the upgrade actually works, all I'm going to say is it definitely didn't feel like it did anything... It kinda makes sense too, what's the point of regening like 4 HP per second when you tend to get killed in like 2... That extra extra 8 HP isn't gonna add up to anything against 4 plants mowing you down I can guarantee you that...)
Soo yeah this set, is definitely not as good as the corn one it tried... Or is there any kind of weird secret tech I didn't get again ? I don't know... All I can say is this particular game is like exactly what every SB doesn't want to see... Just Citrons, Oaks, Chompers, all healed by sunflowers, running health regen delay and all... Yikes this game had bad SB vibes all over it, if it wasn't for the fact I had to stick as SB for this video, I would've switched to something else in a heartbeat... We still pulled through SOMEHOW although there was far too much death for my taste, I know SB tends to die a lot, but even this was a lot by my SB standards... Now for the good I think scorched actually really helped with all the big boys lying around, otherwise we would've been completely screwed... But this is like the only good thing about this set that I've noticed, the other two upgrades just didn't really feel useful at all...
