In this video, we compare two of Yamaha’s most popular acoustic guitars: the FG800 and the FG830.
Both are part of Yamaha’s legendary FG series, but they have some key differences in tone, feel, and design.
🎸 Yamaha FG800 – solid spruce top, nato back and sides. Known for its balanced, clear sound.
🎸 Yamaha FG830 – solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides. Offers richer lows and a more complex tone.
We’ll test both guitars side by side, so you can hear how they perform in different playing styles — from fingerpicking to strumming.
