DJ worked through a complete warm-up, then focused on pitching mechanics, pitch placement, and developing his fastball, change-up, and curveball.

Coach Morris — a former Philadelphia Phillies pitcher — ran DJ through a pro-level workout, helping him refine his delivery while mixing in command work on different pitches. To finish, DJ completed an arm care and recovery routine designed to protect his arm and support long-term development.

The session highlighted DJ’s growing confidence, discipline, and natural feel for pitching — showing just how coachable and locked in he is.
