मेथीच्या भाजीचे पराठे तयार करण्याची कृती
मेथी निसून घेऊन स्वच्छ धुऊन घ्यायची त्यानंतर चित्र असलेले चाळणी मध्ये पाणी निथळण्यासाठी ठेवले त्यानंतर सुती रुमाल वर भाजी पसरवून व्यवस्थित कोरडी करून घेतली त्यानंतर ती बारीक कट करून घेतली त्याचबरोबर मराठीमध्ये जेवढी मेथीची भाजी तेवढे गव्हाचे पीठ दोन चमचे बेसन पीठ अद्रक लसूण हिरवी मिरची पेस्ट ओवा हातावर क्रश करून टाकला त्यानंतर मीठ जिरे दही सर्व यामध्ये टाकून मिक्स करून घेतले दाटसर कणिक भिजवली दहा मिनिटं ओला रुमाल करून कणीक भिजवण्यासाठी ठेवली त्यानंतर पातळ मेथी पराठे लाटून साजूक तुपामध्ये हे पराठे भाजून काढले चिंचेच्या चटणी सोबत सर्व्ह केली अशा पद्धतीने मेथीचे पराठे तयार आहेत
