My best friend (Nid) and I spend a random day in China's hidden capital of Chinese food: Flushing. I've spent a year living in China eating all the food I could, and what we tried in Flushing rivaled even the best Chinese food I've ever had! So I hope you can visit Flushing one day for yourself.
