For marinate :-

Chicken - 500 g.
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp

For garlic masala :-

Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cardamom - 4
Cloves - 3
Lal mirch - 1 tsp
Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 25

For roast :-

Oil - 3 tbsp
Chopped onion - 2 (big size)
Curry leaf
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaf
