Police, Government Retaliation Assault at City Hall (Full)

Описание: Governor of New Hampshire, Attorney General, Courts, City of Manchester, Concord, Windham Police, Domestic Violence Coalitions and Judicial Branch retaliating against me for reporting that my children were "kidnapped" and not paying a lawyer to represent me in family court.

On February 9th, 2024 at approximately 3:30 PM, Police Officer Martin repeatedly put her hands on me (assault) without asking any questions or information, conducting an investigation. At City Hall after filing a paper with the Solicitor as told by the court, and they called 4-5 cops on me in retaliation.

1. I heard a bunch of laughing in the Chambers so I went in and listened, open doors people in hall. The Mayor was there conducting a meeting with a full room. Dozens of People. I shook the Mayor’s secretary’s hand who I had spoken to many times over the phone, and finally met her. She was closing mayor’s door as she was leaving to a meeting.

2. I went to Solicitor to file a motion to consolidate (2 parking tickets), per order of Judge Chabot, then the court asked me to hand deliver.

I love people and they love me.

3. I went back up to the Public meeting and sat down. People were making statements from the public area in general forum. It was super chill. They were talking about selling property, bonds, so I raised my hand, just like everyone else and articulated that we are in a recession, it's likely to get worse, but New Hampshire is lucky to be next to Massachusetts, so property values won't be hit as hard, but if we talk out bonds now at a high interest rate, we'll have to pay that during worse economic times (when rates will be lower).

4. A lady in the Alderman's seat asked, "Can I ask you a question?" Sure" "Who are you?"
"I'm Robert Tanguay, a local business owner."

Then the Mayor called a brief recess, so I stated talking to the girl next to me, who was a real estate agent from Bedford, she asked what I do, Sales and Marketing, then I gave her a tip about how there are no restaurants between Concord and Manchester, except NE Taphouse. Then a short weird guy came and interrupted us, "Are you Robert Tanguay?" "Yes" I need to talk to you, can you come with me?

"I was like "Oh oh" joking to the girl, "I must be in trouble. It was nice meeting you if something happens to me."

The guy later identified as "Big Papa" took me outside the chambers, which were still open, and eventually shut the door. We talked for a while, calmly, on camera, where he told me that it the meeting is on the calendar. I checked and it wasn't, then started this video.

The Chief of Police, Aldenberg is on the Board of Directors for a State and City Sponsored, open door event....
This all started when the Manchester Police refused to take report of my children's abuse of Interference with Custody, commonly referred to as "kidnapping":

No person has a right to put their hands on you. They called me an "unwanted"; said I'm allowed to be in the hall. People don't realize what it is like to be treated rudely, illegally, and basically outcast from society. So then I start recording. I didn't record the open door meeting, I don't record people until they are rude in public places. I love people, and that's all the government is, is people, that unfortunately, are often lazy, incompetent, or just plain evil. Power hungry. Labido Dominae - the lust for power over others.

At the lower levels, working staff are completely helpful. It's when the Directors and officials get involved to cover up their bad behavior. They want them dumb, and to block access to the people with authority. It's the way it has always worked, so we have a constitution -

If you've ever suffered an injustice, read it - it will make you weep. So beautiful and right. God gives us our rights, Constitutions restrict the government and people that use the power of it, from abusing us.

All of this hatred started because the Manchester Police refused to report RSA 633:4 Interference with Custody, "Kidnapping" involving an Officer, then Fraud in Court, then Child Abuse and Human Trafficking because I am a male and they don't want to have romantic relations with me.
